Unidentified Aerial Phenomena sightings were reported over Arkansas, California, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Washington.

Sightings of UFOs also occurred in Australia, Canada, France, Ireland, Israel, North Atlantic Ocean, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we continue this research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO's are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

Special Reports

General Bermúdez Chilean Air Force’s Multiple Videos of UFO

General Ricardo Bermúdez left with the celebrated ufologist and author Antonio Huneeus who interviewed the General during the International UFO Congress. Antonio states, “General Bermúdez’s IUFOC presentation was a true breakthrough in the international study and public acceptance of UFOs. There is no doubt that when it comes to official UFO disclosure, Chile is now leading the way.” He revealed this important UFO case.

Every four years there is change of guard of the Commander-in-Chief of the Chilean Air Force (FACH), which takes place at an important ceremony with an air parade at the Air Force Academy in El Bosque in Santiago. The last such ceremony, when General Jorge Rojas Avila became the current chief of the FACH, took place in El Bosque in the morning of November 4, 2010. As usual, the ceremony was attended by the President of Chile, Sebastián Piñera, all the commanders of the armed forces and top brass, the Minister of Defense and other cabinet members, the diplomatic corps and many other important officials including Gen. Bermúdez himself. The ceremony is popular with the public and widely photographed and filmed because it includes the air parade by all the different squadrons of the FACH, including the Halcones (Hawks) High Acrobatics Squad, which are very popular in Chile (similar to the USAF’s Thunderbirds).

Everything proceeded according to plan and nobody seemed to have noticed anything unusual during the ceremony. However, it now looks certain that someone else who was uninvited also decided to check the FACH ceremony, since sometime after the event CEFAA was contacted by eventually a total of seven different individuals who captured a metallic-looking objects moving extremely fast in the sky while different groups of FACH aircraft—the Halcones, F5s and F16s—flew over the Academy with all the VIPs.

This case clearly stands out in a world full of often dramatic and sensational UFO videos posted in YouTube, many of which come from anonymous sources and have a dubious pedigree. Here we have a case with seven different videos all showing the same thing. Below you can see a frame of the first video showing the best image of the UFO taken right after the Halcones’ flyby.

The second video taken during the same FACH ceremony showed exactly the same metallic-looking unidentified object flying right below a formation of F5 jets. As explained by Gen. Bermúdez in his lecture, “the object is very near the F5, and our study, the heat study” showed the similarity of “the F5 with the object, same for the shadow, a very interesting case.” The CEFAA analysis estimated that the radius of the UFO was between 5-10 meters.

The FACH’s El Bosque ceremony then proceeded with a flyby of eight F16s and once again the metallic-looking object appeared in yet another video. “If you think it’s not enough I have another surprise for you,” said Gen. Bermúdez, “this appeared only one fraction of a second, our non-believer astronomers calculated the speed according to Newton’s law, 18 times the F-16 speed, that is over 10,000 KM per hour.”

Gen. Bermúdez showed the analysis done by the astronomers from CEFAA’s External Committee of Advisors, which established that the object was not a meteoroid, a comet, reentry of space junk, a bird or an airplane. Furthermore, the scientists’ report stated the UFO undertook “a risky maneuver in front of the Halcones from west to east” and that it did “a flight maneuver at low altitude and high speed.” The report also established that “the object shows light and shadow effects of metallic like reflections and shows ellipsoidal shape” and that “the land observers do not detect the object in spite that it passes over their heads, thereby it is not accompanied by a sound wave.” Finally, the report’s final significant point indicates “the object moves east with 25 degrees inclination. This is the same angle spacecraft enter the atmosphere.”

To recap the salient details about the El Bosque multiple footage case, Gen. Bermúdez stated in his IUFOC lecture that, “we have studied this case in different ways. First we gave it to the astronomers, who used their own software; second, we gave the film to the air force specialists (FACH’s Aerial Photogrammetric Service). Third, we did our own internal study; we also asked the opinion of Dr. [Richard] Haines and Bruce Maccabee. Maccabee agreed with our astronomers and Richard [Haines] said that there is an unknown aerial phenomenon.”

Final Conclusions & Proposition

After a lecture full of official evidences, both audio and visual, Gen. Bermúdez proceeded to list the conclusions about the UFO phenomenon reached by CEFAA. These are:

• The Anomalous Aerial Phenomenon characterized as UFO is real and it is present inside and outside the Controlled Air Space.
• We do not know what it is and where it came from.
• It is necessary to continue studying the phenomenon.
• It is necessary to share all the information.
• The general then added that, “I believe all possibilities of risk to air operations, no matter how incredible, must be investigated; to ignore it is irresponsible.” Bermúdez then presented what he called his “Proposition” for a continuing serious program of investigation of the phenomenon beyond Chilean borders into the international arena. The three points of his proposal were:
• It is necessary to a have a serious agency to direct the investigation in the entire world.
• This agency must collect and share information and proceed to make an effective scientific investigation.
• I believe that this agency should be located in the United Nations as a part of the Space Affairs.

Let’s hope that other nations will also join and work together to solve this intriguing mystery, and that the famous UN General Assembly Decision 33/426 of December 1978, calling for “the establishment of an agency or a department of the United Nations for undertaking, coordinating and disseminating the results of research into unidentified flying objects and related phenomena,” will be eventually revived.. Mars Forest Canopies
Revealed in “The Hidden Truth” Report #188

Joseph P. Skipper writes about some evidence on Mars in his book “Hidden Truth", “ I'm going to do the best I can to make sure we're all on the same page with this type of forest top canopy evidence because this evidence is a matter of visually joined patterns of massed individual objects. So I'm starting off with a couple of Earth based conventional tree forest canopy visual examples demonstrating closer aerial views as opposed to the more distant satellite views to make sure we're all familiar with what forest canopies look like. Then further down we'll move into the Mars more distant evidence for this report.

DK Canada: Rainforest - Thomas Marent

The above first image demonstrates a forest scene here on Earth with a river running through it. Rare on Earth due to the manipulations of man regarding trees as a useable resource, this is an old growth forest in the Amazon basin. As an old growth forest, note how the forest canopy stretches unbroken for so many miles off into the distance. If left alone for long decades or even centuries with the right conditions, this is what tree forests do. They engulf and dominate everything they can get a foothold on or in. Note that, except for the river, no geological terrain features are visible in this scene for mile after mile as all of the geological terrain has been covered over by the plant life (tree) growth. Even the shore of the river is not visible as the trees competing for space in the sunlight extend out hanging over the river's banks.

Now this is a closer oblique angle aerial view and not a distant satellite straight down view. That means that we can see the individual tree objects better and do a little differentiating as to one tree object from another. If we were to progressively draw the scene back to a more distant satellite straight down view, the evidence would of course get progressively smaller and smaller with less and less individual object detail until finally it would look more like a flattened carpet rather than a forest. That is the visual impact of size scale on evidence of this type.

In such distant straight down satellite views, only the predominantly green color evidence would really tip us off that we were looking at forest and life. Trees and plants produce their own food. Simplistically they absorb nutrients and water from the ground and CO2 from the air and convert it via sunlight and photosynthesis into chlorophyll producing the green color in their limbs and leaves and exhale oxygen into the atmosphere that animal life here on Earth, including us, are so dependent upon.

Of course the Mars black and white satellite imaging released to us conveniently does not contain this color information. If it did, recognition of forests would be instant and no doubt why it isn't included. Likewise the distances involved with satellite images and their straight down view tends to merge forest detail into a blurry joined mass. Just in case that isn't convenient enough for secrecy agenda goals because the great size of some objects resist this effect, messing with the image resolution to further degrade detail into a blurry mess is an additional bonus.

The above 2nd image is another example of an aerial Earth Amazonia forest unbroken canopy view.

Note again that no ground geology is visible here at all. The trees engulf and cover everything. Again, this is typical of old growth tree forests that over long periods of time pack every bit of the available finite space in great density as they compete with each other for sunlight essential to their photosynthesis process. Also, over long periods of time, certain types of trees tend to dominate more successfully and the forest becomes more and more homogenous with less and less variety.

You'll note that I have placed two small insets into the upper right corner of the images. The top inset is the whole image desaturated of color and with a reduction in size to just 20% of the original color image to sort of mimic or simulate how the distancing technique impacts detail. The second inset down below the top one is again the whole image desaturated of color, shown on 20% of its original size, and now with just one layer of blur also added. Note how the blur further reduces the detail while yet maintaining the more gross features. This is just one of a number of ways that obfuscation is done in the satellite science data.

Unfortunately, we of course have no closer oblique aerial color views of the Mars landscape that might reveal more detail. So we have to be get by with the distant mostly straight down satellite views provided.

This image is a M07-03768 satellite view from the MGS MOC data that has a little sharpening work to bring out the smaller detail.
 

It demonstrates a super dense tree forest top canopy engulfing some gently rolling hills and undulations in the terrain. We are fortunate here that, despite the distant view merging detail; this is a little more mixed variety forest with some of the trees being taller and larger than their neighbors. This creates some unevenness and irregularities in canopy top surface similar to the Earth based images and that helps with identification.

Yes this evidence with its look of conventional trees packed in super high density is on Mars. It should be fairly obvious here that we are not looking at geological terrain but at old growth forest and likely conventional trees by its look engulfing and covering the geological terrain. Further, this site is in the South Polar Region where instrument testing in the past has told us that it gets super freezing cold at –180º F to –225 F. Temperatures like that can crack steel and it is why one does not see trees here on Earth in the Polar Regions. The ice crystals form in organic cell's moisture enlarging and destroying the cells with death following.
 

So either the above trees are incredibly severe cold adapted or someone is pulling our collective leg about the Mars temperatures. That question might remain unanswered except for the presence of multiple forest surrounded lakes of liquid water as presented in my book just released and that tells the real tale. It tells us that the Mars atmospheric temperature, including in the Polar Regions, is much milder and friendlier to life as we know it than we have been led to believe over these last decades and generations have grown up with a falsehood as an essential part of their educational process.

Should anyone try to avoid responsibility for this miserable extremely cold temperature fallacy by trying to argue that there have been recent warming trends that have changed things since the earliest test results, look again at that above forest. This is not growth just a few decades old. It is very old growth and it likely took centuries to gain this kind of complete domination of this terrain so successfully. This tells us that the Mars environment is not only favorable to this growth; the environment has been stable and consistently favorable for a very long time.
 

This situation is typical of most of the forest growth on Mars. It is aggressive. A species tends to dominate a given area covering vast expanses. Consequently, when our satellite camera passing overhead takes a picture of the Mars surface in the form of a strip much longer than it is wide, such strips tend to involve only sections of the evidence and rarely beginning or ending boundaries. It's like taking a picture of a mid area section of carpet showing no boundary edges.

This impacts what we would consider normal size evidence (by our Earth standards) negatively visually merging it together and this is made worse by obfuscation treatments furthering this impact. On the other hand, Mars with its lower gravity is a place where living things often get very big and even gigantic. The larger the size of some of the individual objects, the more they resist being obscured by standard obfuscation treatments and so once in a rare while evidence is not sufficiently dealt with by the obfuscation treatments. Arkansas Unidentified

NASHVILLE -- It darted across the sky bobbled up and down twice then took off to the north and flew close to a jet liner. It stopped at the jet and then disappeared. My son ran in the house to get the telescope, but it disappeared before he could get it set up and focused on the object. My son, his 3 children, my other 3 grand children, my husband and I all witness this take place on February 29, 2012. Thanks to MUFON CMS

California Boomerang

Driving to Fresno on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 about10:40 pm, several of us saw pulsating red lights hovering near the intersection of Dickenson and Jensen Avenue. We drove toward it on our way home but the sporadic display of aerial lights floated away in a Northeast direction. Once we got to the city, we lost sight of the craft but saw it reappear hovering just Northeast of Fresno, hovering over the ridge of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. It didn't make a sound and continued to pulsate erratically. We used our digital camera but the sky was too dark and the craft was too distant. At least ten individuals simultaneously witnessed this phenomenon. The craft was about the size of two football fields when fully lit but could morph into a third of its size at will. We watched in shock and amazement. We braved the cold until 1AM, watching it hover and change its light pattern... Thanks to MUFON CMS

Delaware Light

SEAFORD -- The witness called and reported her experience on February 28, 2012. She said that storm clouds were brewing and she saw a clear “humanoid long man’s face in the sky and went to get her video camera.”

At that point she couldn’t see the face anymore, but when operating the video camera she said that a red light appeared and “rushed at her.” She became frightened and quit videotaping. She was home alone at the time.

Note: The witness made a sketch of the face. (See above.) After seeing the face she grabbed her video camera. She took a very short clip and saw a light that was approaching her. She instantly became frightened and quit videotaping. The video was quite short so only a still image is posted. A check of weather conditions for Seaford, Delaware for September 12, 2011 showed that skies were clear. This conflicts with the witness’s report. Georgia Shiny Silver Cigar Shaped Object.

Dunwoody -- I was traveling down 400 South between Holcomb Bridge and Northridge and observed an object in the sky on February 8, 2011, at 3 PM. It was a silver shiny cigar shaped craft like mercury. It disappeared and then became visible almost instantly but it was further down the sky, and then was gone. It definitely was quicker than any airplane. Illinois Huge Triangle and Biscuit

Vandalia --I saw a huge I mean HUGE black triangle shaped craft. It moved silently and had three orbs very low on November 15, 2011. It was followed by an equally giant dog biscuit shaped craft with the orbs on the round parts and it was a very scary and amazing. I immediately drew what I just saw. I thought that the orbs looked like they were producing some kind of magnetic effect around the air making them looked distorted on both craft. They flew right over and now I believe. CHICAGO -- I am reporting a bright blue glowing disc object on March 12, 2012. There was a red light coming out like a laser beam. I seen come out of twice. It appeared it was going slow in speed. Indiana Lights

PENDLETON -- A friend of mine called on March 10, 2012, and said she was coming by to pick me up as she and her family had been watching two objects in the sky for the last hour and she wanted to follow the objects; We drove down a State Road and could never catch up with the two objects, they seemed to stay equal distance from us as we continued to drive; we pulled over on a side road and stopped and got out of vehicle and then the two objects seemed to hover over the same area but at a distance from us; I videotaped the event with my phone and at this time is when we realized the objects had different color of lights. One of the objects was smaller than the other. The two objects always stayed fairly close to one another. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Kentucky Boomerang

LOUISVILLE -- At 2:25 AM, Saturday, morning March 10, 2012, my wife and I were outside smoking when I saw a boomerang shaped object, moving north. It was white, brighter along the leading edge fading to light grayish blue at the back. It was solid but sort of transparent with faded or fuzzy edges all the way around. It had no lights, no sound, and moved in a slight curving direction. I saw it overhead and watched for two minutes until it was out of my sight. It was moving fast and steady like a ripple moves over the water, very smoothly and a slight distortion behind it that looked like heat coming off it. I was in awe; felt sick to my stomach, and scared. I thought it had to have been something from God or somewhere other than earth. Thanks to Frank

Knott County -- I saw a flying triangle on March 7, 2012 at 8:55 pm, while at my friend’s house in Clear Creek. I was looking at the full moon and saw a solid white light moving on the ridge line, Out to the front was a smaller white light and to its left was a third one. As I stared at the lights, I could clearly see it was a solid triangle with three white tips and no sound. Its body was blocking out the light in the dark blue sky which was lighter in color. I saw it for about ten seconds before it was over the hill completely.

I am a former US Marine and forward observer at a Marine Base in Hawaii with an air field in 1993-97. I could tell you what aircraft was flying by the sound before anyone else could find it flying in the sky. This is my first ever report and my second UFO. The first was on the big island of Hawaii. My friend jokingly flashed a single amber orb three times with a flash light and it stopped dead in its tracts then took off so fast it left a glowing zigzagging tail. M aine Triangle

ELLSWORTH-- My husband and I were driving on Bangor Road on February 11, 2012, when bright lights caught our eyes. I told him to get the video camera, and although he had tried to record it, the camera kept saying the lens cap was on, which it was not. The object was far too low to be a plane and none of the lights blinked. There were three huge basketball size white lights in the shape of a triangle, with a smaller red light in the center. We knew it couldn’t be a plane as it simply hovered noiselessly as we drove by.

My husband said there was a light trail of smoke following it. We were traffic, and the roads were a sheet of ice. We crested the hill, and we could no longer see it. I drove back but there are no cell towers in this area. This case is under investigation by Ken Pfeifer Assistant Director for MUFON Maine

Maryland Two Flying Objects

BALTIMORE -- Just randomly I looked up at the sky, and the reflection caught my eye of one of the objects on March 9, 2012. Then I notice another object following, keep the same distance behind the first object. I want alone. With 3 others, we watch the objects until they took off and we lost track of them. Michigan Strange Images

DEWITT -- I was walking with my girlfriend to the lake and sat down at a park bench and noticed a fireball with multicolored lights just above the tree tops. For some time, it was hovering for three minutes when it teleported to my 4 o’clock position 300 feet away. That’s when I perceived its shape as triangular. When it teleported, there was a vertical ray of light much like a shooting star which it flew out over my head. I saw that it didn’t show as many lights as when it was in its original position and only on the corners. The main body of the device blended in with the sky. After a few seconds, it flew straight away from the nearby airport and was out of my sight at luminary speed or completed a cloaking field. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Nevada Mutilation

Area 51-- My Friend Steve and I were surprised to see how close these cows were to the back gate of area 51. I have seen other sightings in Indiana and Costa Rica of unidentified objects. We see stuff in Las Vegas as well.

Note: Two UFO enthusiasts were driving down Highway 375 (Extraterrestrial Highway) and decided to take a dirt road to Coyote Summit. New Jersey Orb

Point Pleasant Beach -- On March 12, 2012 at 7:13 pm, I was on the telephone while looking outside towards the boardwalk and ocean. I noticed a bright glowing orb in the sky. Lately I have been noticing more and more hovering bright orbs in the same spots of the sky at night time, but this time it was still daylight. I grabbed my camera and took a picture as quickly as I could. The first one turned out blurry because the camera was moving so I took a second one as fast as possible. I looked down at my camera to look at the picture I took. When I looked back up, the bright light in the sky had vanished! When I zoom in on the picture, the orb seems to be in the shape of an egg/oval. The object was motionless and just hovered. I didn’t witness it disappear. The second photo came out great. New York Large Black Disc

CHARLOTTE – On March 10, 2012, I saw this object just hovering above the trees across the Parkway. It was black and somewhat disc shaped but appeared with rounder edges with a dome-like look. It wasn’t very large but had something like a landing leg or a grasshopper leg coming off the side. There were three rows of lights from top to bottom. I exited on the nearby ramp and visited my friends. They could not catch a glimpse of it. And when I got back on the Parkway it was gone. Ohio Flying Diamond

Austintown -- On Sunday night, March 11 around 10:30 PM, I stepped out on my back patio and immediately saw a very brilliant red light in the night sky to the south. I've been an amateur astronomer for almost 27 years and I go out at night to stargaze. My 15 year old daughter was standing behind me. It had a very bright unblinking white light on the back point of the diamond. My daughter asked, "What is that?" and I replied that I didn't know. We watched it cross the sky flying southwest silently. The object bobbed gently up and down as it flew. It wasn't a Chinese lantern but it was a very brilliant red. The white light on the end was also very bright. We watched for around 40 seconds it as it passed by us and headed off until we lost it over the tree line to the southwest of us. My daughter became terribly frightened by the object. This incident was the third. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Washington Flying Cross

VANCOUVER -- I driving East on Mill Plain around 9:45 pm on March 13, 2012, when I saw the cross shaped flying object in the sky. It appeared sort of flat, then turned sideways which is when I noticed it looked like a cross or plus sign. It had blinking lights on the shape. I was traveling about 40 MPH and was able to keep up with the object. I pulled into the Best Buy parking lot to get a better view. It continued flying and I followed. It turns north and then west. France Triangle

VOLVIC -- Saturday night, March 3, 2012, I came home after visiting a friend. He told me he had seen something strange in the sky, but he wasn’t sure what it was. I went home and my dog started barking so looked out to see a triangle of lights like my friend described. I got my iPhone and tried to take a video as it flashed just above my house. It had three blue flashing lights with a yellow light in the middle. I was terrified and it made no sound as it flew by.

Later the blue light began to make a strange light all around the “triangle” and my dog began to bark again and the light appeared closer to me and then I didn’t see it anymore. I didn’t sleep for the next 48 past hours.

Israel Dark Climbing Object

Ben Gurion International Airport -- I was on security guard duty at work on July 24, 2011, for a company that supplies natural gas. I was guarding the main gate. There was nobody else with me. About 200m from where I work sits Israel's only meteorological station. Every two days they release a weather balloon but this object was not a balloon.

About 5 km away sits Ben Gurion International Airport where I have often observed aircraft flying low over our installation in preparation for landing. I did not see any aircraft - but looking towards the northeast I noticed an unusual black speck high up in the sky. It appeared to be stationary at the time. My first thought was that it was another weather balloon but this particular object was dark grey or black in color. It appeared to have moved-it was drifting now towards the northeast and gaining altitude. It made no sound. I ran for my camera and took 3 pictures. It was ascending with increasing speed and eventually disappeared.

When I transferred the image to my computer the object took on the shape of an ice-cream cone, with two appendages appearing at the top and bottom. Thanks to Colin Frankel Thanks to MUFON CMS

Netherlands Disks

EINDHOVEN – Two disks were spotted flying over the city on March 13, 2012. My wife was working in a hospital on the 5th floor and took photos of a beautiful sunset. While looking at her photos she noticed these two lighted discs. She calls me immediately on the phone and told me the people in her office had seen them in the sky. UFOs are my special interest since I was 8 years old. It was excitement for her. So she calls me immediately.
The objects vanished in the clouds. Thanks to MUFON CMS

North Atlantic High Altitude Bright Strobe

I’m the Co-Captain on a large corporate jet flying enroute from Canada to Italy over the Atlantic and was ready to make our regular position report to Shanwick Radio.

Spain Shape Changing Object

Alicante -- A shape shifting UFO captured on video in Spain on March 10, 2012. Filmed using a Sony Cyber Shot H70 Digital Camera featuring a Bionz processor in 720p HD "Fine" quality. I zoomed in on the object fully with the 10x Optical Zoom with Optical Steady Shot. At the very start of the video, the object was already very high in the sky and even higher towards the end of the video, I stopped filming as I could not see it with the naked eye and the camera kept on getting out of focus as it was (by then) too far away. It kept changing its shape and its size, at one point looking like a shirt and also at another point looking like some kind of animal. This is NOT a flying piece of trash or rubbish, objects like that cannot go so far into the sky and keep on ASCENDING even further, especially as there was hardly any wind in the air, it was an extremely pleasant hot day. UK/ England Lights Observed

Chawton -- I came out of my parent’s house and saw a very bright white light in the night sky about a thousand feet from the ground on February 2, 2012. I assumed it was a normal helicopter. The ground light seemed to increase in brightness and then fade and then increase once more. After ten minutes it has not moved and is still there now as I write this. I can see it from out of my window. I am baffled as to what it is and why it has not moved.

I have just been outside and it is now emitting a particularly scarlet/bright red beam like light like a genuine alien craft that I saw almost ten years ago on June 22, 2002 and July 1st 2002. To be precise I have very close up footage on video cassette of a pure milk white disc/saucer shaped craft. Even my mother did not know what this object was and concluded the same as me.
